ATTESTATION AND CERTIFICATION CENTRE (LNSASC)

Offer your enterprise’s welders to make certification procedure according to normative documents:

LVS EN 287-1:2006+AC+A2 L Welders’ qualification tests. Melt welding. For the first part “Steels”;

LVS EN ISO 9606-2:2006 L Qualification/attestation test of welders. Melt welding. For the second part “Aluminium and aluminium alloys”;

LVS EN ISO 9606-3:2006 L Qualification/attestation test of welders. Melt welding. For the third part “Copper and copper alloys”;

LVS EN ISO 9606-4:2006 L Qualification/attestation test of welders. Melt welding. For the fourth part “Nickel and nickel alloys”;

LVS EN ISO 9606-5:2006 L Qualification/attestation test of welders. Melt welding. For the fifth part “Titanium and titanium alloys, zirconium and zirconium alloys”;

Ministry cabinet rules from July 18^th, 2006, Nr. 588 “Metal materials welders and fault detector experts’ certificating order in regulated area” part II;

Ministry cabinet rules from May 2^nd, 2000, Nr. 165 “Rules for pressure devices and their complexes” and PED97/23/EC directive.

I. Certification procedure includes:

Applicant’s training in particularized further education courses in welder’s trade,
Applicant’s testing about his theoretical and practical knowledge,
Organizing examination procedure for practical part,
Organizing all necessary laboratory trials,
Ensure experts’ presence during welder’s theoretical and practical examination,
Common theoretical and practical examinations results appraisal.

II. Bearing in mind that welders’ certification is made accordingly LVS EN 287-1:2006+AC+A2 L series standards’ requests, in the result of certification obtained allowance diapason depends of welded example’s parameters.

The welder’s certificate is valid 2 years, after that a repeated certification is necessary.

III. Applicant must fill in application form and present such documents as following to sign up for welder’s professional qualification’s certification:

Original and copy of person’s identification documents,
Original and copy of welder’s qualification document,
Inquest from working place,
Documents about the completing of specialized welders courses (is issued after the completing of the specialized welders training courses),
2 photos (4 cm x 5 cm),
assurance letter about paying where necessary to write welder’s name, surname, personal code, weld kind, example material group, welded constructions’ mode (planch, snorkel etc.).
